Jeffrey Perry has over 30 years of experience in the radiology imaging industry, and over 15 years in pain management and spinal injection procedures. He has started, financed, actively managed, and operated VIS since inception. Mr. Perry is a graduate in Radiologic Technology (Cum Laude) from Glens Falls Hospital and Hudson Valley Community College in upstate New York. He worked for Blue Shield of New York for 9 years in a variety of positions. He also managed a two physician general practice in Marin County, California. Mr. Perry has also consulted for a number of ASC's and physicians regarding capital equipment purchases of imaging equipment as well as set up inventory for new ASC's. Before starting VIS Mr. Perry served as Radiology Manager and Materials Manager for 10 years at a Bay Area ASC.

Michele Laing graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Facilities Management and has 15+ years of experience in the Facilities Management industry. She has held multiple positions at Fortune 500 companies as a Project Manager, Space Planner, Planning Manager, Real Estate Manager, and Design & Construction Manager. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family in the outdoors; swimming, hiking, bike riding, camping, or skiing.
Ryan received his RT (X-ray Technologist) licensure from the University of Utah School of Radiologic Technology followed by a B.S. in Business Management. He has worked for 20+ years in the Surgical imaging industry in product development, pre-release clinical trials, marketing, product management and clinical training. In his spare time he enjoys yoga, scuba, exploring the mountains of Utah, and searching for the ultimate chile verde.
Kathy McCarron received her Associates of Arts in Liberal Arts from Solano College and has continued her studies at California State University, Sacramento and University of California, Davis. Kathy has more than 15 years administrative experience in a multitude of fields including medical services, commercial printing, real estate and non-profit. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her two children, reading, swimming and making jewelry.
Tom Litawa has been working for Vista Imaging Services since 2006. Prior to working for Vista he worked at multiple medical centers and hospitals throughout the bay area. Tom is currently working on his 5th degree, an AA in Music at Los Medanos JC. He has an AA in General Ed from Santa Rosa JC, an AA in Rad Tech through military affiliate, an AA in Recording Arts from Los Medanos JC and an BA in Economics from Sonoma State University. Tom currently plays softball a couple nights a week and enjoys hiking, biking and attends many musical events throughout the Bay Area.
Tim Cowell is a seasoned Technologist with over 15 years experience in radiology. Tim has experience in multiple modalities including Management, Trauma, and Computed Tomography. Tim's passions in the medical field are providing excellent patient care as well as mentoring and educating newer members to the medical community. Additionally, Tim loves the outdoors and enjoys skydiving, camping, BBQ, and fishing as much as possible in his spare time.
Tim McKimmy graduated from Wenatchee Valley College in Wash. state, an extension program of U of W. I have been in Radiology Technology for 10 yrs. and happy to be with a company like Vista Imaging Services. My specialities in X-ray have always been surgery (OR) cases, plus, the only disciplines I miss in the hospital settings are ER (Trauma) & helping with difficult patients in the ICU. To relax & keep my old body in shape is to climb mountains, ride my bike, and play some racquetball or baseball when I have the time. Steven Brown graduated from Fullerton College in 1976 with an A.A. in Radiologic Technology. He is presently in his 35th year in Radiology and has worked in Acute Care, Orthopedics, Interventional, Pain Management, and Radiation Therapy. In his spare time he likes to ride motorcycles, hike in the mountains, go camping, and bicycle riding.
Jeffrey Chan as 3+ years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist in different facilities from hospitals to outpatient surgery centers. In his spare time, he enjoys biking, photography, and teaching lion/dragon dancing.
Rick Johnson, R.T. (R) A.S., B.S., M.B.A., has been working as a Radiologist Technologist since 2005. C.T. trained and concurrently working in hospital and clinical settings doing C.T., general radiology, c-arm fluoroscopy concentrating in pain management. When away from work I enjoy my family, especially getaways to the beach, traveling and any outdoor activity.
Joyce Panay graduated from City College of San Francisco with an A.S. in Diagnostic Medical Imaging with two years of experience in the Diagnostic Medical Imaging industry. She holds an ARRT Registered Technologist in Radiography, California Certified Radiologic Technologist and is also licensed in Flouroscopy. She has expertise in general x-ray and fluoroscopic procedures. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and a book in her hand.
